Beginning Again with a Serene Heart
The beginning of a new year always brings with it a kind of inner silence, as if time were offering us a pause to breathe, reorganise, and rediscover meaning. Today, on this January Friday, we are invited to look within with serenity and to recognise that every new beginning is, above all, an act of trust. It is not the change of the calendar that transforms life, but the disposition of the heart to welcome what arrives and release what no longer serves.
Beginning again does not mean erasing the past, but integrating it with maturity. Every joy lived, every pain endured, every doubt faced has shaped who we are today.
