There are days when the heart seems to walk slowly, as if carrying heavy memories, frustrated expectations, or silences that hurt. Life, however, is not made only of brilliant victories; it is also made of pauses, falls, doubts, and new beginnings. And it is precisely in beginning again that the most discreet and beautiful strength of the human soul is revealed.

To begin again is not to forget what has happened, nor to pretend that nothing occurred. To begin again is to look within with honesty, to recognise what needs healing, and to allow God to touch the most fragile places of our being.
