Not to escape, but to reconnect. Silence was His altar, His dialogue with the Father, His strength to return to the world.

At the beginning of this year, perhaps the greatest gift we can offer ourselves is the grace of listening to silence. Not as emptiness, but as fullness. Not as pause, but as preparation.
